Wn i was a student of kashmir university wt perturbed me the most was the note culture and even most of so called professors and doctors would enter the class to just readout or dictate a note, often outdated and superficial, and leave with the pose of a philosopher. Wt added salt to injury was the fact that u could get good marks only if wrote in exms exactly those very notes with no mutation perhaps even nt in full stops and commas. Is that genius culture still there.
