Wojciech Szczęsny has backed Joe Hart to bounce back and prove he is one of the world’s best keepers. Arsenal stopper Szczesny says it is “scary” to think how good Hart could eventually become. Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini ran out of patience and benched 26-year-old Hart for the last three games after his dip in form. England boss Roy Hodgson is also set to take Hart out of the firing line and run the rule over his other goalkeeping options when the Three Lions face Chile on Friday. But Szczesny has leapt to the defence of his good pal from the goalkeeping union, saying: “Joe is a player I rate as one of the best in the world. “Forget the last couple of weeks when it has been difficult for him and he has been dropped. I suppose everybody has got to go through that. “Over the last couple of years he was the most consistent and one of the best – it is hard to say the best – goalkeepers in the world. “I am sure he will prove that to people, even though he has had some difficult times.” Source: Daily Star
