Woke up at 7.30 to find A having a coffee. Door open so straight out, scooping up my big squeaky yellow ball and tearing down the garden. Long satisfying tinkle then back to Anna for a treat. Back into garden, mooch round, left a deposif then back to Anna for the other half of the gravy bone. Got her to throw ball a few times then another mooch round, through the bushes round behind the pond. Didnt go in, too chilly. Anyhow, I have my own pool now on the patio a big plastic box with clean water. They going to get me a bigger one so that I can sit in it without wiggling, bit of a tight fit. No piccie yet though, I precious about her trying to snap me. Still getting agitated at the tv and sunlight putting spots of light on the wall. Bark and lunge. One spot on the wall scared me so much I found I had leapt onto the sofa next to John. I dont go on the sofa, or upstairs , not told no to, in fact I have been carried upstairs twice and once I played at running up onto the landing and down again a few times but decided to stay downstairs. In fact, as far as I can gather it is only attacking the tv that is forbidden. John sits near the tv so that when I lunge I can see his face. When I am sitting calmly with him so that he can enjoy his football I get treats. I think I have got the hang of this now, they dont seem on edge near the tv so I guess this is something I can get used to. I have worked out that I can charge at the tv and stop short, looking at John expectantly for a treat. My powers of concentration are greatly enhanced with supertreats, sausage, liver, chicken, though half a gravy bone sometimes does the trick.
