Woke up this morning a what did I find a GIANT box for MOI! Merry Christmas to me :D MAX 30 came today YIPPPEEE! Gonna be trying one out to see how it is. EVERYONE Ive talked to that got their early X-mas MAX30 presents already all say the same thing: HOLY BANANAS! It was hard, but you amazing and accomplished after! The actual challenge starts THIS MONDAY, the 15th!! SO why am I so excited about this program huh?? Have you ever heard of HIIT training or tabata? Well, this program is both.
