Woke up to receive this fantastic customer Feedback... Great start to the day.... Phil Apologies for using the enquiries email but it was the only one I could locate. I was visiting my parents in Westlea today ( Im not local) as my father was in hospital for day surgery, you had phoned earlier to inform him that his Ford Focus was ready for collection. My mother who was already stressed was getting in a panic over how she would sort out the car, I telephoned to see what could be done hence this email. The response from your team was fantastic and I would appreciate it if you would pass on my thanks for the speedy way they offered a solution including delivering the car within an hour.....outstanding.
