Stowarzyszenie „Porozumienie Wschód – Zachód” poszukuje 2 wolontariuszy na zatwierdzony projekt Wolontariatu Europejskiego (EVS) w partnerskiej organizacji na Litwie. Wolontariusz musi obecnie mieszkać w Polsce (nie ma znaczenia obywatelstwo wolontariusza). Wiek wolontariusza 18-30 lat. Zgodnie z zasadami programu, wolontariusz będzie miał zapewnione: zakwaterowanie, pełne wyżywienie, dodatkowe kieszonkowe na własne wydatki (80 EUR/miesiąc), ubezpieczenie, wsparcie językowe, a także zwrot 90% kosztów podróży w obie strony. Wolontariusz opłaci sam 10% kosztów podróży. Miejscowość: Salakas, rejon Zarasai, Litwa Organizacja goszcząca: Grazutes regioninio parko direkcija (Grazute Regional Park) Rozpoczęcie wolontariatu: 1.10.2013 Zakończenie wolontariatu: 1.11.2013 Czas przebywania wolontariusza za granicą – 1 miesiąc OPIS PROJEKTU SUMMARY „Creative hands for the Nature“ - this is the short term project of voluntary service involving 24 young people from Poland, Ireland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Estonia, and Armenia. The goals of the Project are: To create space for personal and social growth of young people with fewer opportunities, and to increase employability of participants. To gain competence of learning to learn through creative activities of environment protection and group process. The main project activities are – arranging Antalieptės bike trail and thematical sculpture park in Grazute regional park. Youth non-formal education methods will be implemented using the group as learning source during the action. FIRST EVS ACTIVITY: arranging Antalieptės bike trail in nature working together with local artist and park stuff. Tasks of volunteer: The volunteer will have an opportunity to learn various methods of work while assisting the park‘s specialists and local artists during the nature management. Volunteer will help to arrange bike route in Regional park and to adjust cultural and nature heritage in bike route for visiting. Volunteer will learn how to work with specific tools and prepare wooden infrastructure for bike route (information boards, trail signs, benches, fire sites) volunteer will have opportunity to express his/her creativity working with wood. During EVS volunteer will help to prepare information board and bouquet about new bike route and to organize opening event for local community and tourist. Volunteer will help in organizing intercultural evenings for the local community; informally teach foreign languages, his/her national dances, songs and traditions to pupils. Working hours and days off The volunteer will work 7 hours per day (35 hours per week). He/she will have two days off per week; either during the week or at weekends. They will be entitled to two days of holidays per service month. Food and Accommodation The volunteer will live with local family in private house. He/she will have a shared room with another volunteer. Volunteer will have shared cooking, washing and social facilities. A monthly food allowance is provided. Volunteers will have big common room for social life after work and weekens in Antaliepte community house. The projector, DVD player, table games, 5 bikes will be provided for leisure activities. Internet will be available in local library. There is one family that has adjusted house for handicapped person in wheelchair. If independent handicapped youngster would like toparticipate in this project we can try to take this challenge! Volunteer allowance. The volunteer will receive monthly allowance of 80 euro pocket money and 100 euro for food.
