Woman handcufffed on the ground. Cop kicks her in the face, really hard. Police department insists the cop acted in self defense. She gets charged with disorderly conduct over his actions. The cop had beaten up a jogger ten years earlier, got 30 days paid suspension, with town officials demanding he be fired. But you cant fire bad cops. There wouldnt be any cops left if you could. Since this time it got caught on film it did end up in court. And the cop was found guilty of assault and sentenced to ten years! Suspended, so he didnt serve a minute of time. AND he sued the city to get reinstated among his brothers eager to welcome him with open arms. After a hearing he was reinstated. But there may have been behind-the-scenes agreements because he resigned.
