Woman in possession of 366 liquor bottles arrested in Jeddah Riyadh Connect Authorities arrested a woman in the western port city of Saudi Arabia for attempting to smuggle 366 liquor bottles within the kingdom. She was accompanied by two men who are also smugglers. A statement by the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice informed that the members of the commission apprehended a woman accompanied by two men in Jeddah. The woman and the two men were trying to smuggle in imported liquor, reported Al Arabiya news. The arrest comes as part of a campaign carried out by the Commission. The Saudi religious police busted many centers in Jeddah over the past three days, including four local liquor breweries where they confiscated 81 barrels (20250 liters) of locally brewed liquor.
