Woman in the gap: Many are the devices (thoughts) in a mans heart but nevertheless only the counsel of the Lord shall stand. Proverbs 19:21. Father we pray that our husbands will not wander from the way of understanding. We ask that they will not despite wisdom and instructions but your fear will be the beginning of their knowledge. May they not be wise in their own eyes but fear you and depart from evil. Help them to make wise choices and deliver them from doing anything foolish. Give them the grace to give their ears to wise counsels and their hearts to receive right instructions that they may be wise in their latter end. Father may their mouth not become a snare for their soul nor a vehicle of destruction to their lives. Lord give them discernment based on your revelation to make decisions and to know what to do at any given time. Father we pray that, every thought or devices of their heart that is not from you will not stand IJN.
