Women are not supposed to take up metaphorical or physical space or have a body that doesn’t exist for the pleasure of the male gaze. I have often thought that this is a big (heh) part of why fat men are usually deemed okay by society, but fat women are horrible and should not exist. I have to keep doing (exercise) or I will gain all my weight back and blah blah. instead of doing it because I like it.
