Women have en kept fighting to achieve equal rights in so many part of Africa. Buh as in oda region of the globe,a womans status varies by country®ion Cos in some countries women are still not equal in law, even when they are legally equal to men. Often times the case traditionally women have fewer,if any inheritance, it only can lead to difficulties accessing land or finance but are opposite in some countries like Mozambique... Though the government are now trying to get the free en equal education to girls & boys, Yet the highest rate of dropping out of school is recorded to the females, cos the males are viewed as the breadwinners so the family would have to fend more on the male child/children than female once, rather telling the females to go get married with the poor en foolish IQ that women will have to sit back at home en carry out the household domestic chores. Not understanding that the health of great nation improves with the education of the females, wit reference that wen a female is aware of food balancing, dieting& nutrient managements, hygiene importance & breast feeding of a babie through its importance, the high risk of disease & illness in families is much lower. However women are most a times afflicted with health issues which is hard for them to control. Some culture, women are still found engaging in genital mutilation/ cutting. This practices causes long time damages to the health of the victim and still stands through the future which simply means dat during childbirth she still suffers contractions & complications Africans still suffer dis woe though the practices is thankfully declining. In some still suffers the same problem during early pregnancies via early marriages cos the body of some teens are not fully matured en strong enough to carry pregnancies. Women could en are strong agent of change in the societies both internationally en locally.. All what we need is support from the males en parents, equal rights, qualitative education en exposure to achieve en attain our different goals. Ruby Kyrian
