Wonderful. Fantastic company contribution to improve employee performance. For women who have access to such technology, its a god send. So bravo to both #facebook #apple. Rather than putting their heads under the sand, this is acknowledging a serious problem that women face with regards their reproductive systems and careers. The human resource team needs to think like this and tailor make benefit systems that are utilitarian rather than force employees to pick up x,y,z slots of benefits - even if there is no utility value in that benefit to the employee. So what happens, employees fudge bills for things that they dont use. The systems inflexibility creates thievery. ~ Sharika Kaul
