Wonderful dinner tonight in belated celebration of Ashli Maruster Gorbets and Jessica Allens birthdays. So happy to have Bill Sain, Marian Hooker, and Larry P. Gorbet here too. Menu: Chips with tomatillo avocado salsa; smoked brisket, ribs, and chicken; TJs soy chorizo for Jessica; black beans; salad with fresh veggies from the Corrales growers market; bread from Jemez Pueblo; green chile apple pie; Guinness cake (made with Marble Red); ice cream; Dark and Stormys. Good food; great company.
