Wonderful evening with Dan Inks at Townhall last night. The menu features Cleveland gems such shakes made with Mitchells Homemade Ice Cream, a host of vegan, paleo and gluten free options, and a bar stocked with a staggering array of potent potables. I had the Kobe beef bolognese with a poached egg on top (!!) served atop a bed of spaghetti squash. It was just terrific. There is also a certain depth to this place. Owner Bobby George has challenged his management staff to go GMO free for 21 days and the menu makes every effort to eschew GMO foods. George has even treated his management to a three-day cleanse ala local foodie sweetheart Anna Marie Harouvis I cannot recommend Townhall highly enough. This is the new Cleveland, folks. LOVE
