Wonderful time of devotion and fellowship at Clifton Baptist - TopicsExpress

Wonderful time of devotion and fellowship at Clifton Baptist Church tonight....several told about the 10 things they were most thankful for. I should have stood and told mine but didnt....now Im feeling down about that because God has given me so much to be Thankful for so here goes 1. My salvation, my Saviour, and His Holy word. 2. My husband who works and provides for our family without complaint or hesitation. Only God could love Jimmy Bell more than I do. 3. My children .... I am still amazed at times that God chose me to be their mom. I love each of them and I am so proud of them. 4. My first grandchild - Pasen. I already love and adore you. 5. My family - I dont have a lot of family left but my precious moma means the world to me. Shes one of the strongest women I know. My brother Danny and sister in law Iva Nell who helped raise me. My beautiful niece Nikki who has always held a piece of my heart. 6. All of my in-laws past and present. Ive been so blessed with extended family. Theres too many to name and no I dont want to leave any out. But each of them have helped me and need touched my life in so many ways. 7. My church family has always been so supportive of me and my family during the hard times. Bro. Kenny Lang and Mrs. Teresa Crosby Lang have been so good for Clifton and we love them dearly. 8. My students and coworkers at Scott Central past and present. I love being a teacher. (Even with Common Core) :-) 9. My friends who stand beside me no matter what. They lift me up when I am down and help me through life situations. True friends are really angels in disguise. 10. Im thankful for the valleys Ive been through because they drew me closer to Jesus and made me appreciate the mountaintops so much more. 11. Yes I know I said 10 but Im doing 11. Im thankful for my health. That may shock many of you because I have many health issues but when I see what my mom is going through or when I see others that are so much worse off than I am yes I am thankful that my health isnt that bad. Our list could go on and on because Gods blessings surely are without end. These are just a few that I am most Thankful for. P.S. the selfish part of me Id also thankful for Mt. Dews....Christian Amish Books.... M & Ms....and anything monogrammed (thanks to Allison Robinson lol)
