Wondering- I was just reminded that the new Annie comes out next month, and that made me about how The Honeymooners and Steel Magnolias was redone with a predominantly black cast. Now if someone had the bright idea to redo Good Times or Sanford and Son with an all-white/asian/hispanic/other cast, would we take offense and cry foul? I personally think most shows or movies should be left alone (unless they were totally wrong, inaccurate, whatever). Cause the minute they try to remake the Wiz into something off-base, Im going postal!! Lol
