Wondering about parking for Fridays inauguration of Dr. Tony Waldrop as USAs third president? The ceremony begins at 2 p.m. in the Mitchell Center. Because of this historic ceremony, normal traffic patterns supporting the Mitchell Center will experience higher volumes of vehicles and pedestrians. It is anticipated the heaviest concentration of traffic will be along Old Shell Road, Jaguar Drive, and USA South Drive. Mitchell Center Drive will be restricted to north-bound traffic only. For convenience, please seek alternate travel routes to on-campus destinations and allow extra time to get around. Parking in the South Lot of the Mitchell Center will be reserved for guests presenting official inauguration and/or handicap parking credentials. USA students are reminded to park in the parking lots designated by your official USA Parking decal and use the services of JagTran to move about campus.
