Woo hoo! Graduated from physio therapy today. Ive been discharged! Therapist gave me a gold star for the progress the knee has made, now Im on my own to keep up with the exercising--which gets easier every day. Pain is almost non existent. Swelling will stick around for a few more months, but I can walk up stairs now (slowly and holding the railing in a death grip) and have a 125 degree bend. Woot! Still have to run me down and catch me, haul me back in a net clawing and screaming, before Ill willingly get the other one done. *snort*
