Woo hoo, going to my old stomping grounds! I lived in sacramento for a few years while I attended school. Still have many friends there and love going to some of the restaurants and other interesting places to visit. Even though I only moved 40 or so miles when I left home, it felt like a big deal. And I was already 24...hahaha! I am like one of those characters George Lopez talks about. he says that the rate of homeless Latinos is low cause we just never leave home. Heres a 50 year old man. You know what nana, I am going to move out Que? Tas loco! Youre crazy, youre too young! Nah! For me it was different in that I was living at home, working and saving coins to go back to school.
