WooHoo, I am going to submit my application for this and truly would be blessed to be one of the 12-15 selected to be a Race Ambassador for the 2014 KY Derby Festival Marathon/miniMarathon!! Since August 5, 2012, I have lost 105 lbs and truly recaptured over a decade of high quality years with my wonderful wife, Shurrenda Rains Morgan, completely thanks to the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge. I have led a 60 Mile 3 Day Walk About Louisville, KY, documented running / walking over 1,000 miles, participated in a dozen races including the 2013 Triple Crown and my first KY Derby Festival miniMarathon as well as several 5K run / walks that benefited good causes. In the last month, I have participated in the Iron Horse Half Marathon and Tough Mudder KY 2013. This past weekend I dove into a new adventure as I participated in the Louisville Racewalking Clinic associated with the World Class Racewalking so that I can continue putting in lots and lots of miles and go easier on my already bad knees. This coming year brings participation in the 2014 Triple Crown, 2014 KY Derby Festival Marathon, Ironman 70.3 Florida and Ironman 140.6 Louisville. This is the perfect way to share my tremendous passion with others!
