Words fail me on this one. What is in the background of this mother, that would have her pimp her 11 year old daughter? There is no excusing this, she gets six years in jail by pleading, Judge said it could have easily been 25 year sentence. For someone to have such displaced values, had to come from somewhere, perhaps this is the remnants of abuse in her past as well.
