Words from Carol - Chair of Creative Crewe In praise of volunteers All of us in Creative Crewe volunteer our services gladly and freely for the benefit of the community. No one sees the hours of planning and preparation for our events. The designing and printing of our paperwork, its distribution - endless hours standing in the cold, meeting and talking to people. The management, updating of the Website, Facebook and Twitter. None of us do these things for financial gain - we started with a zero bank balance. We do it because were trying to make a difference. Think of all the other voluntary groups you know - Volunteers in the hospital, mums / dads that help out in schools, charity shop workers. The list is endless. All these hours of unpaid work, is very often taken for granted but they continue regardless. Id like to say a huge THANK YOU to my group, for their commitment and support. YOUR ALL VERY SPECIAL PEOPLE.......
