Her friend asked (texted) her if she had any marijuana; she said yes she had two joints but her friend could have one for $4 which is just a little less than what it cost Sally. Drug paraphernalia---YUP CIGARETTE ROLLING PAPERS. Sheeeesh, we really need to stop arresting people for this kind of stuff. Think about it....same crimes as selling a kilo of meth, or crank, or heroin, with a thousand syringes?
