Work Gallery, if I recall correctly, has a perch on Woodward - TopicsExpress

Work Gallery, if I recall correctly, has a perch on Woodward Corridor near the Max, home of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. For awhile, it was the home of the two Nicks, Nick Tobier and Nick Sousanis. I see that it has a special day to welcome Tigers fans arriving for opening day at Comerica Park. Seems Sousanis has been away a long time in Brooklyn, working on that doctorate from Columbia. Now the question is did Sousanis do comics before he beheld the graphic novel, My Life Splayed Open, by Topher Crowder? Does Nick Sousaniss Detroiter.Com show fresh content today, the little first wave blog that launched the career of Vegas journalist Nicole Rupersburg. Not sure. The about page is clear: The-Detroiter is a total clean boot by Nick Norton and Sonali Patel. Why am I so obsessed with Detroit Street Art manifestations when I practice cultural documentation in Muskegon, Grand Haven, Whitehall-Montague and Grand Rapids? Because I had a life on the street in Detroit and saw all these flowers bloom and some fade. I drank coffee with Sam Karres, true love of Diana Karres, who knew the city better than us all. That said, go to this show at Work Ann Arbor and somebody try to find the Gallery Project and give Pepper Andtherobotkids a show before she drops from work fatigue. Love, Arthur Walker Captain. https://m.facebook/events/1414295325492991
