Worked heavy log cleans this morning getting up to a 300#. Its nothing spectacular, was ugly as hell and still 25# from my PR. But, its nice to know once my overhead comes back full strength that Ill be able to consistently hit 300# log clean and press bc I got the clean pretty consistent. I also want to personally thank everyone who has helped push me, keep me motivated and supported me during these last 6 months of the surgery, rehab and getting back into a normal training cycle. You really find out who your friends are and who believes in you during those times. And to my beautiful wife, my biggest fan and supporter, thank you bc you make all this possible.
