We are currently hiring for Working Lead positions in Woodbury, MN. This is an excellent opportunity with a premier retail fulfillment center. Working Lead • Receive, store, pick, and ship merchandise to customers. • Match individual products to packing slips and pack outer cartons in a way that ensures a quality quest experience. • Complete job tasks accurately and on time, identify and communicate ways to improve quality, and contribute to overall results. • The Working Lead will help to coordinate and assist the temporary associates in all the listed job duties, but will also be picking and packing as well. • Expected to meet team member ramp up expectations (as business increases) and consistently meet productivity expectations. Requirements • Previous manufacturing or light industrial experience preferred but not required • Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs • Repetitive lifting up to 30 lbs • Team lift (2 person lift) larger items such as TVs • Able to be on feet for entire shift • Able to bend, stoop, lift, carry, twist, grab, etc. • Able to read, utilize matching skills, and comprehend department/product documentation • Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction • Able to work independently and in a team environment • Good oral and written communication • Strong attention to detail • Excellent attendance and reliability • Go Get It Done & Do What It Takes Attitude • Focused on safety • Follows all rules and guidelines • Cross-train in other departments and job functions frequently • Operate forklift, order picker, battery changers, scissor lifts, etc. in a safe manner (experience preferred, but not required) • Must be productive -- meeting and maintaining production levels on a weekly basis • Must be focused on quality -- cant have repeated quality errors • Must be focused on safety -- cant have more than one safety incident • Casual, but work-appropriate attire, is acceptable • Closed toed shoes are required Wage: $13.00/hr Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts A2 Shift = Saturday, Sunday & Monday B2 Shift = Tuesday-Friday A2 = 4pm-4:30pm or 5pm-5:30am or 6pm-6:30am B2 = 4pm-2:30am or 5pm-3:30am or 6pm-4:30am * Immediate health benefits, weekly pay, and unlimited referral bonuses -- plus the chance to work for an exceptionally amazing company!
