Working at home today due to kidney stone and migraine. Im lucky to be able to do that. But while Im sitting here designing the t-shirt for the Cotton Festival, my deck is covered in baby birds. Just learning to fly and still begging to be fed. But here is the funny part...they are playing just like kids. They line up on the deck rail, spread their little wings out like a parasail and then all together (3 or 4 of them) they dive off the deck rail and glide to the ground. They flutter around on the ground for a bit and fly back up to the deck rail...and repeat performance. Its become a true entertainment...and welcomed distraction from this pounding headache.
