Working from home as still suffering from the effects of the rocket fuel the dentist used:-). Whilst Im here, Brian Wilson: thankfully still with us and I can think of no other living artist (apart from maybe Stevie Wonder) who has had such a profound effect on me with their music. The Beach Boys spanned the full breadth of musical artistry and I only have to listen to a track from them to cheer me up when I need it. I heard the BBC music version and hated it; slowly though it has grown on me to the point where I really like it. I mean look at the talent there, paying homage to a living legend. Only Cash, Elvis or the like could muster such adoration. Heres to you Brian; God only knows what Id be without you.
