Working on a daily food list! Items that I plan on eating everyday or at least a couple times a week! Green Tea (1-3) Oats (Oatmeal) Emergen C Dark Chocolate Vitamins Edamame Orange Coconut water Grapefruit Broccoli Apple Cauliflower Bananas (1-3) Carrots Berries( Straw, blue, rasp) Celery Turmeric Spinach Garlic Sweet Potatoes Apple Cider Vinegar (1-2) Olive Oil Raisins Cinnamon Nuts Avocado Eggs Cottage Cheese Corn chips Honey (Type?) I would love any suggestions or modification ideas!
