Working on a fitness class that blends Classical Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga...without sacrificing proper technique and without being intimidating. You may not get a dancers body, the body and abilities that require hours of training, but you will tone and develop long lean muscle by working through turn out and in parallel. If you include a healthy diet and mental outlook...you will achieve a lot and feel great! Ballet requires concentration, flexibility, and strength. Yoga is a mind body experience and together they are the perfect feel good workout for the entire body and mind! I will keep you posted when I know when and where I will be teaching!
