Working on my Simply Inspirational for Women in Business Journal is a learning experience. I am learning and valuing the women who have contributed their articles for submission. They were very thoughtful, contributing to the pool of knowledge created. Some people are really caring and compassionate. We need a world where it exist. It is what is needed to heal the world. Thanks ladies for your out pouring of love. I reminded someone yesterday, who in my early call sounded very enthusiastic and she wrote asking me to say more about the journal and its publication. I wrote her and I said a little bit about how it came about and who my audience are. I also shared a little bit about me, and pointed out that I believe everyone can contribute to knowledge development, regardless of who they are. After pointed out my academic list of achievements I made a point to note that I am not an "academic snub." My question, maybe I should have been, maybe she would not have felt that she was "to good" to write for the journal or "to good" to be part of my creative team. I just thought that I will share!
