Working on my fitness by doing pelvic thrusts with a 45 lb plate. My goal is to be the most powerful pelvic thruster in all the land. The key here is to not roll up onto your neck when you bridge (keep your weight no higher than your shoulders), push with your glutes, and dont make eye contact with anyone because its super creepy and possibly illegal in your state to meet someones eyes while pelvic thrusting anywhere besides on a dance floor. video 2 : goo.gl/vtFkZg video3: sg202/9hj&lang=it
