Working so hard to get even off the computer, but my parents - TopicsExpress

Working so hard to get even off the computer, but my parents taught me responsibility first- it is a wonder I did not end up a soldier, I was a cadet (of sorts) sent tons of time at Connaught Ranges and Wallace House, a scout leader. I was called bossy and am today, so I am a control freak- there are reasons and goals that are more important than who I am that I need to reach. Everyone is important to me, especially family, and especially the few friends that get me, and allow me to trip, fall and get up as I make this journey. I will add to that my management team at Walkley Bowling Centre- who have been extremely supportive, as I have them. Every time I meet with these three, I get excited about the dreams I have, not just as a business owner, but a community man, I am of the Dave Smith school- as I was taught by my mom- You get nothing in this world unless you are willing to reach out your hand to another. Without expecting a reward to a thanks. Seeing one of heroes Max Keeping Foundation at the Sens game is even more of a motivator to me to get my ass in gear on these goals. Not many of you know that events I have been directly responsible as planner or coordinator have raised over 8.9 million for area charities. This does not include a dime of time spend with Kiwanis Club of Ottawa, Kiwanis of Rideau, and all that I have done at Walkley in the 32 months there. In the book of abundance it says state your goals- my goals are three- finish my task of 20 million raised for area childrens charities, create a welcoming place for families (Walkley) and teach all this to the next to carry it on. No I do not live to shoot 75 in golf, or see the mountains or ride the streams- they are the dreams that await me after I deliver, and yes maybe that may be heaven. Wow that was long- I have no spouce or outlet, so FB has been that for me, yelling into the no where. But how as a man who cares, has a son in the forces (kris), and a base- 33 signals beside me, who grew up military, ubnderstands- I give you this- buy a pint for a soldier- a veteran and a current enlisted soldier- come to my pub Monday, I will steady your rifle SIR youtu.be/rx0MRawkrj4
