Working with an editor, today, on a book I have written and been offered a contract. I would appreciate good vibes and prayers. I do post about the very funny and darling trials about Autism but Im always timid about sharing too much of real life. I never, ever want Drew to grow up and read the book and wonder if he was too much for us. If someone is new to the diagnosis, each day isnt always fun. Marriages struggle. Siblings struggle to get the attention they need and deserve. Finances are tight, trying to meet every single need. Holiday dinners dont happen. A simple trip to the grocery store used to take more planning than a summer wedding. Im sure Ive offended someone but Ive probably struck a cord with those who understand, if I were to guess. I would appreciate your well wishes today.
