Standard Warm Up 2. 300 yard shuttle 3. 5 minutes juggling feet only 4. 2 minutes juggling head only 5. 5 minutes free juggling any surface 6. 1 minute of boxing the ball dribbling 7. 1 minute inside/outside dribbling 8. 1 minute dribbling with the sole of shoe (Toe taps) (Repeat #6-8 three times) 9. 20 seconds one leg lateral hops (Right leg) 10. 20 seconds one leg lateral hops (Left leg) 11. 20 seconds lunges (Repeat #9-11 three times) 12. 15 minutes free juggling (any surface)
