Workout Wednesdays - Past #40weeks pregnant and still getting my workout on! **Please Note: all pregnancies are DIFFERENT, check with your Doctor/OB before starting a new fitness program.** Heres a great low-impact cardio exercise that works your inner/outer thighs while utilizing PiYo Strength Slides to lessen the impact. Start in a low squat and slide one leg back alternating right and left 1x then staying in a low squat draw one leg in and out to the opposite ankle 2x while staying in a squat position. Make sure to keep your chest up and your feet secure on the slides. This is a great workout even if your not pregnant and want to keep things low-impact!
