Workout challenge! Tabata Burpees! Who will accept? For a Tabata workout, go as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then take a 10 second break. Repeat 7 more times. So you should have 8 total work periods and it only takes 4 minutes including the rest time. If you have never done these before, its going to be much harder than you think and you may not be able to complete all 8 rounds but just do the best you can. Let me know how it went.
