"Workout" for today- 60 mins bike 100 sit-ups Break for Sunday School 45 min elliptical Reward dinner today Sunday chicken at Cracker Barrel with mashed potatoes and dumplins.. dinner was awesome losing one more pound this week was great (gotta work a little more next week) dropping one more pant size was just a total shocker and the best feeling but was a little bummed by the flat tire in cracker barrel parking lot (thanks Jeffrey for the help).. down 38
