Workout of the Week. Hi team, here is a nice little quick conditioning blitz for you with KBS and a Med Ball. Triple 7s, 7 exercises, 7 reps, 7 sets as quick as you can. 1) Double KB cleans 2) KB Renegades 3) Double KB Jerks 4) On Bell pushups. 5) KB Oblique Twist 6) Med Ball Floor to Ceiling Press to Sprawl 7) Med Ball Diamond Pushups We recommend start with a KB weight of 10-12 kgs, intermediate 16kg and maniacs 20-24kgs. Med ball beginners 10 kg, intermediate 15 kgs and lunatics 20-25kg. This is a quick one team so push the timer and go. Let us know your times.
