Workout schedule this week: Sunday - Cycling - 30 min. Monday - Killer Zumba - with Kristin M. Thompson Tuesday - Cycling - 30 min. Wednesday - Ballet class - with Elizabeth Ebaugh Mikautadze Thursday - Back to back Zumba/Zumba Toning - with Jessica Roman & Mandie Kolkman Friday - Ran for 30 minutes in the oppressive humidity. I am going to go out on a limb and say that I am now officially ready for The Color Run 5K next Saturday. Peace out!!!
