Worksercise is nothing new! But, have you ever considered getting up from your desk or backing away from that machine or stop doing whatever it is you do on your daily grind and just take to the stairs....why not? Well I know my sis Rhonni does everyday all day at her job ;) This is good for those days where you just dont have the time and cant find the time to get a workout in otherwise or you might want to get in a little extra like me ;), but you refuse to let the day go by without moving your feet. Well, if you dont have a gym at work, bring some tennis shoes and leave them there so when you start to feel bad about not getting it in, feeling antsy or anxious about something or you just need to relieve some work-related stress hit the stairs or go for a walk outside your place of work. I have 4 flights of stairs in my bldg and I take them 5 times or just enough not to sweat too much (aint nobody got time for that...lol), but enough to get my heart rate up and my legs, quads, glutes & hamstrings to burn!
