Due to company growth and increased work orders the new and exciting position of Workshop Fabrication Supervisor has been created. As the workshop supervisor you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and workshop safety to a well motivated and experienced fabrication team whilst achieving results through productivity. This position requires someone with proven leadership, supervisory ,process, procedure and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running and output of a quality product meeting the customer’s requirements. The ideal candidate will come from a metal fabrication background with a trade certificate in boilermaking or similar.
