World Bank has a couple of Local Hire opportunities in Solomon Islands: ► Program Assistant → bit.ly/17kYtWV ► Team Assistant → bit.ly/19p31RX ___ The Program Assistant (PA) will be an integral part of the broad country team and a key member of the administrative support team (ACS). He/she will work closely with the country officer, project teams and the ACS. This position will have approximately 50% of their time dedicated to supporting implementation, monitoring and reporting of the portfolio, the remainder of their time will be split between general administrative tasks and support to other project team as required. ___ The TA-VMC will be an integral part of the team in the Honiara office. He/she will provide substantial support and guidance to visiting World Bank teams prior and during their visit to Solomon Islands. The TA-VMC will be required to undertake a range of tasks including accommodation arrangements, scheduling meetings, conferences and trips to provinces and provide ongoing support to international project team members.
