World Coal News Monday, 03 November 14 Adaro Produced 41.90mt of Coal for First 9 Months Of 2014 14.03 Mt coal was produced by Adaros coal production in the third quarter with 2% raise than last year. It is due to sound contractors recital and good weather conditions. In the same quarter, 14.13Mt of coal was sold according to demands. In this year Andaro plans to produce more than 1Mt of Balangan Coal. The production rate of Balangan Coal from Balangans operations was 470k mt and sale rate was 330K mt to Indian and Thailand customers during the quarter as increasing demand of coal. Adaros over strain elimination also improved 13% to 92.15 million bank cubic meter (Mbcm) for the similar period. According the company, in spite of the constant decrease in coal prices, Andaro is performing sound and tried to achieve this years direction and long-term goals and objectives to generate highest sustainability cost from Indonesian coal. Andaro has increased barging 5% to 13.21Mt, and loading was increased 3% to 13.92Mt in 3Q14. The company has also loaded 67% of tonnage through floating cranes, 12% through self-geared vessels and 5% through the IBT terminal, with 16% barged directly to local customers.
