World Prematurity Day is today! Along with bringing awareness to premature birth i want to celebrate our little preemie. Beckett was born at 32weeks weighing in at 4lbs 3oz. All babies are special but i have to say as a mom of a preemie watching what they have to accomplish before they get to go home to be with their family is amazing. And as a parent you have to be ok with the amazing nurses that take care of these miracles telling you when and what is ok to do with your baby because while they are in the NICU they are their babies. Dont ever take for granted a healthy pregnancy, holding your baby right after they are born or taking them home when you leave the hospital. Happy World Prematurity Day hugs do heal!
