Would anyone out there in Facebook land be interested in a Resolution accountability group? Im not talking about workouts/eating group (unless that is what youd like accountability on) but for those pesky habits tht you want to change with this new year fresh start. Like, for me, Ive been working on getting up earlier. When I have accountability I am WAY MORE SUCCESSFUL. My most recent workout partner fractured her ankle recently (get better soon Cindy Ford!!) and since losing her as my wake up exercise partner, Ive been slacking on the morning workouts. With some accountability, I know I will get back to the habit. Maybe you are trying to meditate each day, drink more water, quit smoking, keep your house/desk/room neater. . . whatever!! Would anyone want to join a January Resolution group here on Facebook? Daily accountability and encouragement to reach your self-set goal..... in whatever area. Comment below and Ill throw it together!
