Would it be correct for South Africa to make nuclear agreements with USA or Britain when those countries themselves are vying for energy sources that Russia possess? Is the issue about the nuclear agreement with Russia a problem to South Africans or US and European Companies? Why is US giving Egypt billions of dollars and americans are not complaining? Today Exxon (US company expelled at Venezuela) and Rosneft (Russian company) are exploring for gas and oil in the Arctic region (Russian grounds) and that is not a scandal or a waste of Russian resources.
