Would you like to join our team? We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as evening and weekend receptionist. We are 4 star serviced apartments in the city centre with a reputation for maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate must be fluent in the English language and possess excellent customer service skills. You will be left to work individually and as such must be able to solve problems on the spot and deal with any issues as they arise. Duties include: • Checking in/out guests • Preparation of daily business reports • Taking bookings over the phone/email/online • Dealing with guest queries • Updating availability and room rates • Ensuring smooth running of hotel at all times Previous reception experience preferred and must be able to work evenings and weekends.
