Wow. - so now i can add another resource to my list. EIA does energy and this one does water use and im sure much more That 90% of water use in the west goes to food production says how little effect the public use has and really draws some battle lines when the drops in the west become expensive and rare Interesting that government websites can give so much valuable data yet the government itself play games. For those libertarians who see this as a waste of money i say supply these departments with MORE money and insure they are isolated from the corporations Btw the corporations also depend upon accurate information also as they deal and squabble among themselves over control of their self-interests - which is again why we need to support sites that can give unbiased information on weather, water, other resources like petroleum and minerals.
