Wow! A girlfriend of mine just got her first tattoo at the age of 44! I asked her what prompted this decision and she said I feel good about myself for the first time in my life and getting fit has been the catalyst. I get that. What has getting fit done for your confidence? Are you dressing differently? Participating in activities that you never thought you would ever do before? Getting tats? Dating more? Has getting fit given you a new outlook on life? Or should I say has getting fit given you a new outlook on...YOU?
